1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the RustAU website and game servers, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Steam account. You may optionally link a Discord account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your account or impersonate other users.

3. Server Rules

All players must follow the community rules. Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans at staff discretion.

4. Subscriptions

Supporter and Supporter+ subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. In-game perks are provided as-is and may change without notice.

5. Availability

We do not guarantee uptime for the website or game servers. Servers may go offline for maintenance, wipes, or updates. We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms or community rules.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
