Terms of Service

By accessing or using the RustAU website, game servers, and related services (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You must sign in with a valid Steam account. You may optionally link a Discord account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your account or impersonate other users. One account per person. Alternate accounts used to evade bans will result in permanent removal.

All players must follow the community rules. Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans at staff discretion. Staff decisions on moderation actions are final.

Supporter and Supporter+ subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. In-game perks are provided as-is and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or benefits with reasonable notice. All prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated.

All in-game progress, items, buildings, and data are subject to periodic wipes as part of normal server operation. We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress, items, or data for any reason including but not limited to server wipes, crashes, updates, or moderation actions.

We do not guarantee uptime for the website or game servers. Servers may go offline for maintenance, wipes, updates, or unforeseen issues. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The RustAU name, branding, website design, custom plugins, and original content are owned by RustAU. Rust is a trademark of Facepunch Studios. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RustAU and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or in-game items.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms or community rules, with or without notice.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or Discord. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
